Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, Andy's Music Online has a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you need to return an item (not included in the Exceptions to our Return Policy), we will assist you with the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Andy's before returning the merchandise. Any merchandise returned without an RA will be refused.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
Due to copyright laws, song books, sheet music, videos, DVD's, CD's, tapes and software may not be returned or exchanged. Health and sanitary regulations prohibit the exchange or return of any mouth blown or in-ear device.
