I have played in a few bands over the years (both original and covers) as a guitarist and now want to make something of my own music. As well as writing the material I post here I also play all the instruments and do all the vocals on them except where indicated. I would describe my music as somewhere between Rock and Pop with some of it leaning more towards one or the other.
I have been really pleased with the reaction my music has received from other users on this site so far. I really do appreciate all comments, whether good or bad, so please keep them coming.

Adrift
This is a short instrumental piece i recorded a few years ago that's a bit of a departure from my usual stuff. This came about from a guitar riff i had that i liked but couldn't think how to use it in a song so i turned it into an instrumental instead. The 'chime' like melody is played on the guitar using natural harmonics. Also this is the only track of mine to feature a synth, which i borrowed from a friend.
Broken
This is a track I recorded about a year ago. Lyrics are pretty self explanatory. May redo the vocals soon as I'm not happy with them, especially on the chorus, and rock up the music a bit.
Alone
This is a rock instrumental track. I wrote this one a few years back and have just done a new recording of it. This was written from the start as an instrumental and was never intended to have vocals, the lead guitar i think sings the song well enough.
A Little Time
A happy little song I wrote a few years ago in the midst of depression. Don't worry I'm ok now. Not 100% acoustic.
Forever
Another pop song about being in love. Comments as always very much appreciated...
